First things first, contact us! Tell us about your project, how you heard about Stellar, and have us schedule your in-home visit. Depending on the size and scope of your project, your visit will be with our Class-A Contractor or our Project Facilitator. Share with them all that you’ve been dreaming about. Next, you’ll be scheduled for an in-store visit where your specifications meet our expertise to leave you wanting for little. This is the time to tweak your plans, share with us how you’re feeling, and ask questions.

This is the time for feedback. Share with us how you’re feeling, ask questions, let us educate you on the process. We want you to feel absolutely confident as we move through your project. This visit is our time to get to know each other and align the vision. Our goal is to make the remodeling process seamless by being your sole facilitator. Remodeling can be overwhelming but we are here to make sure that doesn’t happen. Our design center helps simplify the process by having cabinetry, tile, stone, paint, and fixtures under one roof. Not to mention our local trade partners at the tip of our fingers for consultation and product procurement.
Build
The best days of a remodeling project are the first day our team arrives in your home and the day after they leave. The office team has received your permit, ordered your materials, and designated the ideal field craftsmen to your project. Once the time comes, our team schedules a pre-construction meeting to once again align your expectations with the plans. After demo day it can seem as though work has slowed, but trust us it has not! Our team is re-wiring for the dimmer switches and recessed lights, refastening the sub-floor for the heated floors, collaborating with local trade partners for the mosaic backsplash… or maybe just giving Rex some love. Diligently they get there, and our craftsmen have brought your dream to life.

Like I said before, the best day will be the one after our team has left. You can kick off your shoes, move in furniture, and have a cold one. But what better way to enjoy your new space than by knowing you’re protected with a 2 year warranty. We went above the industry standard to ensure your trust in us is here to stay.
