Yet you can’t help thinking about a few things that would make it perfect for you and your family. A bathroom remodel. A new kitchen. A finished basement. A larger deck.
But how do you get started? And how much will it cost?

Remodeling your home doesn’t have to be confusing. Let our experts guide you through the design and remodeling process.
It all begins with a phone call.
1. In-Home Consultation.
When you call Stellar Remodeling & Design, we’ll set up an appointment for an in-home consultation. This is the time for you to share your vision and style and brainstorm with our design experts about what’s possible.
During the visit, our expert will give you an idea of what a realistic budget might look like and a rough idea of when the project can start. He will also take pictures and make some initial measurements. After discussing options, we move on to the second phase of the process.
2. What it will cost.
Now that we have the information we need, our estimators will compile a detailed budget and scope for your project and share it with you during an in-store meeting.
In addition to the budget, we’ll also present you with initial design sketches (if needed) to help you visualize what your completed project will look like. We’ll also show you options for doors, flooring, fixtures, and other touches that will make your project special.
If you wish for more detailed design services, we can provide those too.
We’ll begin reviewing the job's parameters with you and provide value engineering advice that will make the most out of your investment. We will finalize an estimate based on your choices.
3. Design and feasibility.
Now is the time when we solidify the project and make final choices. If your project requires a complicated build, we will provide you with a Design and Feasibility Services Agreement that lists any potential roadblocks and what they might add to the cost of the project.
Once you sign the feasibility study, we’ll finalize the design and your choices for flooring, fixtures, cabinet, etc. We’ll also provide you with a payment schedule that outlines partial payments that need to be made at key points in the construction process.
4. Construction Begins.
With our full-service team, we make building your dream space easy.
Once you have signed our construction agreement, we will give you a time when the project will start and how long we think it will take to complete it.
We handle buying all the items for your job, saving you time going from store to store. We have contacts with respected vendors, helping us keep our prices as low as possible while guaranteeing the quality of the materials we use. We also ensure we have the proper permits before we begin construction.
Once we begin work, we are committed to making it as painless for you and your family as possible. We will need access to your home and ask that you clear a path to the project area. We will handle demolition and debris removal.
Any changes you make at this point in the process would include information as to scope, cost and schedule change effecting completion date of your project. They will require signing a change order agreement that assures understanding of your requested changes.
